At Marula Counselling, we provide specialized therapy for individuals in Coquitlam, Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland. We use evidence-based methods like EMDR, CBT, somatic therapy, and Polyvagal techniques to help you reconnect with your inner strength. ICBC, CVAP, and private pay options are available.

Our Trauma therapy helps clients recover from PTSD, CPTSD, and other trauma-related experiences including car accidents, crime, or serious injury. We create safe and supportive spaces to process difficult experiences at your own pace.

Our style of therapy is designed to support folks with anxiety, panic disorders, and depression using Trauma focused CBT, Somatic and EMDR approaches. Sessions can focus on reducing symptoms, building coping strategies, and increasing functionality.

If you’ve experienced a car accident or navigating a resulting injury our ICBC-approved therapists are ready to support your recovery. These ICBC sessions explore physical and emotional trauma resulting from the car accident.
We provide direct billing to ICBC.

Clients recovering from brain or spinal injuries receive specialized trauma-informed services. Clients practice both somatic and cognitive techniques to improve mental and emotional well-being. Additional techniques like S.M.A.R.T goals or EMDR processing improve functionality.

Marula Counselling provides therapy and counselling services for Victims of Crime. This includes victims, witnesses or family members who have experienced assault, sexual abuse or other traumatic events. We do not ask for top-up and sessions are directly billed through the CVAP program.
